M was really sad he had to leave V for 2 (two) whole weeks, but what to do... Business is business. V doesn't understand that she won't see dad for quite a long time, but if she did she'd be just as sad as mom:-) The weekend has been really good and relaxing. Yesterday we had a nice Valentine's dinner as Magnus will be in Sweden on the 14th. I thought lobster would be THE course to have (what's more romantic?) so we went all the way of cooking them ourselves. Digged out the cook book and got the recipe and did it all by the book, so I kind of expected it to taste good, BUT the Canadian lobsters are still nothing like the Swedish ones. To be honest - they tasted like s**t! Really miss Swedish seafood....
Well, anyway - as said, the weekend has been good, but ended sadly today when M took off for a two weeks business trip to Sweden. He will, among some places, be visiting Jukkasjärvi and the Ice Hotel. Soooo jealous! But there are light in the end of the tunnel.... Next Sunday my mom and her neighbour friend, Kajsa, are coming to visit us. It is going to be so much fun and I'm really looking forward to have them over.
