CURLED UP

V's preferred sleeping position......all curled up. Doesn't look very comfy, but apparently it is.

SPLASH!

With the heat around here in T.O. at summertime a pool in the backyard is a must and in the absence of an adultsized one we bought this for V - which as seen was highly appreciated by the young lady !

AMERICAN VISIT

Freestanding! V is now so stable that she gets up from the floor and stands on her own without any problem at all. Now it's just a mental barrier that has to be passed before taking the first step without any help.
And Nope, I have not cut her hair, it's just all up in a "Svinrygg" (don't know the word for that in english - kind of a bun, but twisted...), fastened with hair clips. If you know the proper word for Svinrygg, please leave a comment:-)

Sarah's now world famous Philadelphia Ice Cream. Sooooo good!

Cheers! Gary, me, V and Sarah toasting for the superb food grillmaster Magnus had prepared on the BBQ.

Had our dear friend Gary for a short visit between Wednesday and Thursday last week. The weather was excellent so of course we did some BBQ-ing and had dinner outside. Gary liked T.O so much that he's coming back next weekend with his girlfriend.

BBQ-ing AMONG THE HIGH RISES

It has been many hours of walking with Sarah here... and this is how V coop with it:-)

V & Gwen having fun with the Smörgårsrånbox

The Swedish Chef in action...:-)

Did some BBQ-ing at Martin & Gwen's place Downtown by the Waterfront last Sunday. They have an awesome BBQ Patio & Swimming Pool area in the house.

ANOTHER NIAGARA FALLS VISIT...

I think I've been to the Falls about 10 times now, but it is still as beautiful....
Here you go dear readers - a Niagara Falls Bonanza!

ME & BÄÄÄ

V and Bäää at the Niagara-On-The-Lake Saab Test Drive event last weekend. The picture is taken by M's colleague Brian, and I have to say it's an amazing picture.

Once again it has been too long since the last update... Sorry! I know I have a faithful crowd out there ( my mom:-)) who checks the blog every day for new V pics, but somehow the days just fly and I don't get the new pictures out there.
Anyways, here in Toronto it is soooo hot at the moment. We've had 3 weeks in a row with temperatures around the 30's and bright sun. It's a little too hot for my taste.
Sarah is just staying for one more day and the three weeks she's been here has just gone by in a flash.

V & SARAH

V showing off her two brand new front teeth in a big smile:-). She looks a little like Thore Skogman, but I hope that will correct itself further on. So lucky we now have a dentist in the family:-). She now has four teeth fully out and two more in the upper jaw on the way.
V and Sarah out in the backyard, playing on the very day Sarah arrived.

Smart girls!
Maybe a bit premature.... they are actually reading M's old High school book of Physics.

Last Tuesday, Sarah Andrén came to visit us for three weeks. Sarah is from Åmål, and a friend of the family back home. She's here to get a chance to practice some English and to do some "Au-Pairing". V and Sarah gets along just fine, and now M and I can enjoy some evenings out on our own.

VOV!

Mr. Raccoon relaxing at the patio in the sun. He is not afraid of humans, and reluctantly moving away when we are about to go out on "our" patio

One of "our " groundhogs, eating my flowers....

We have got a couple of new pets, and V thinks they are dogs... at least she says Vov, Vov, Vov! as soon as she sees them in the backyard. It's Mr. Raccoon, who lives under our patio and Mr/Mrs. Groundhogs. Up til today I thought we only had one groundhog in the backyard, but then I saw three at the same time! It's crazy back there... just like Zoo!

MORE V!

Her beautiful blue eyes. I could kill to get eye lashes like her's:-)

Just a picture to show you how long her hair actually has gotten.

Had to buy V a hairband to keep the hair from her face - and she looks so cute! It was a struggle to keep it on, but somehow she accepted it when we put it on directly in the morning when dressing her.

V BONANZA!

With the two most precious things in V's life (besides mom and dad of course) - Bääää & the walking stroller
Out walking in the grass. She has no problem what so ever to walk with her walking stroller - she almost runs after it!

Summer girl

SORRY FOLKS!

Somehow I just don't seem to have the time anylonger to be as active and post as many pictures as before ! I have gotten lots of complaints from my faithful readers back home - most of all from my mom, who misses to see new pictures of V. I'm sorry, I'll try to keep it up.

So enjoy! Here's a V bonanza!
