This was as close we got to Henke this time...inside his pants:-)
V and Kevin Weekes.... as seen she wasn't too happy sitting in his lap. She started crying the second I sat her down there. Guess it would have been different if she was 19:-). He was cool though and tried to cheer her up - without any luck.
Our friend Johanna invited us to the NHL Children Christmas Party on Saturday. It was a really nice arrangement and highly appreciated. They had arranged for us to see the NY Rangers' practice and also to come into the locker room to collect autographs and take pictures. Unfortunately the only remaining player in there was the NYR goalie Kevin Weekes. I had hoped to get a picture of V with Henke Lundqvist and Jaromir Jagr....By the way, The Leafs beat the Rangers with 9-2 that night!!! Anyway, the party was great and V got to meet Santa for the first time - not a success - she cried from the top of her lungs when it was her turn to get a gift.
